India – Thalanar Estate – Specialty Coffee!
This high grown coffee is known to possess a distinct flavour and acidity due to the slower development of the beans. The rich flavour is complemented by a medium to full body, with sweet fruit aromatics and a subtle spice finish. Best experienced without milk. The Thalanar Coffee Estate was established in 1959 and is located on the Anaimalai Ranges (“Elephant Hill” in Tamil). This is high altitude (between 3500 – 4500 feet), shade grown Arabica coffee. The picturesque mountain estate is surrounded by an abundance of wild life including Spotted Leopard, Elephants, Bison and Tigers.

Peru Santa Martha Estate – Rainforest Alliance ™ & Organic
Medium to high flavour, medium acid, medium to good body, long smooth sweet finish; flavours of barley, toffee and molasses. Has a definite syrup texture to the palate.

Indonesia Sumatra Mandheling – Specialty Coffee
Sumatra Mandheling coffee has a thick and syrupy chocolaty feel with a rich brown sugar taste. This gourmet coffee is widely known for its full-bodied texture, mild earthy notes, and deep-toned coffee aroma. It is low in acidity with a slight black pepper finish that is sure to tantalise you.

Brazilian Blue Wash
This coffee has a clean mild start with a medium acid. It has a lovely syrupy body and creamy intense toffee and cocoa finish.

Colombian Maximo
